Are Gift Vouchers transferrable?

Yes. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in any category.

Can Gift Vouchers be exchanged for cash?

No. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

How much time do I have before redeeming my Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are valid for 365 days.

How does it work?

Once we receive the senders order it takes 48 hours to process. We will email the sender an invoice for payment. Once payment is received we will call the recipient to present the Gift Voucher by email.

What is the difference between a Business Listing and a Community Listing and how much do they cost?

Business Listings cost R395.00 and they are those that are NOT found in the Community Menu. Community Listings cost R350.00.
