Hermanus Property Services is a Digital Listing and Marketing Service who reserves the right to monitor all activity and to remove any advertisements which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post your public advertisement on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The  advertisements published do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
  • The public advertisements do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
  • The public advertisements will not be used to solicit or promote any unlawful activity

You hereby grant Hermanus Property Services a non-exclusive license to edit any of your advertisements on our website in any and all forms, formats or media for marketing purposes.

Advertising Requirements

  • Building contractors must be NHBRC registered.  Contractors who offer plumbing services must be PIRB registered and electricians must be registered with the Department of Labor (DoL).  Property Agencies and Agents who advertise must have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).  Property owners who advertise must be the registered property owners.  Agents who advertise on behalf of property owners must have completed FICA on behalf of their client.  In the event of misrepresentation your advertisement will be deleted without further notice and we will not be held liable for any loss or compensation.

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

Search engines may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information without prior written approval so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
