Oak Terrace is the first apartment complex on the Main Road before entering Hermanus CBD, from the direction of Cape Town. The apartment complex has 3 levels with 50 apartments in total. The interior of the building is divided by a covered indoor corridor. The northern view apartments overlook the mountains and the southern view apartments overlook the main road and the ocean. There are two entrances into the corridor from which all the apartments are accessed, either on the ground level which is wheelchair friendly, or by staircase to the second and third level.  The layout of the one bedroom apartments offer an open plan kitchen and lounge with a balcony (open or enclosed), one bedroom with built-in cupboards and one bathroom.  The two bedroom apartments offer an additional bedroom and a shower in the bathroom.
